Jason joined the Iridian team in 2006 with a broad industrial background including product management of optical communications filters. Jason has since taken a special interest in supporting customer needs for space applications (satellite Lasercom and Earth observation) and specialty product lines such as the entertainment sector (3D glasses) and remote sensing arrays, as well as managing marketing activities for all of Iridian’s optical filter capabilities.

Nick joined Iridian in June 2000 as a Project Scientist with a focus on measurement and characterization. He was Manager of Filter Processing for many years, responsible for most post-coating operation such as optical measurement, dicing and pick and place. Nick led a team to develop automation through process improvement and sourcing equipment for the Telecommunication and Datacom production lines. His current focus is on efficiency improvements through personnel development and Lean Manufacturing in all manufacturing areas.

Antonia Koerich joined the Iridian team in 2023 as a Finance Manager, bringing extensive expertise in financial analysis, reporting, strategic view, and controllership.
