George Laframboise joined Iridian soon after its foundation bringing many years of thin film manufacturing expertise to the company. George became President in 2002 and he has been responsible for guiding the outstanding growth of the company over the last twenty years.<\/p>\n

Brian\u00b4s expertise in optical thin films and his contributions to advancing the state-of-the-art are well recognized by his international peers. He remains the driving force behind process improvement and new product development at Iridian.

Monica became Manager of Corporate Services and Quality Assurance in 2008 and is responsible for the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and Iridian\u2019s other quality initiatives.

Jason joined the Iridian team in 2006 with a broad industrial background including product management of optical communications filters. Jason has since taken a special interest in supporting customer needs for space applications (satellite Lasercom and Earth observation) and specialty product lines such as the entertainment sector (3D glasses) and remote sensing arrays, as well as managing marketing activities for all of Iridian\u2019s optical filter capabilities.<\/p>\n

Nick joined Iridian in June 2000 as a Project Scientist with a focus on measurement and characterization. He was Manager of Filter Processing for many years, responsible for most post-coating operation such as optical measurement, dicing and pick and place. Nick led a team to develop automation through process improvement and sourcing equipment for the Telecommunication and Datacom production lines. His current focus is on efficiency improvements through personnel development and Lean Manufacturing in all manufacturing areas.<\/p>\n

Antonia Koerich joined the Iridian team in 2023 as a Finance Manager, bringing extensive expertise in financial analysis, reporting, strategic view, and controllership.<\/p>\n
[\/et_pb_team_member][et_pb_team_member name=”Rob Bruce” position=”Vice President – Business Operations” image_url=”https:\/\/iridian.jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Rob_Final.jpg” disabled_on=”on|on|on” admin_label=”Robert Bruce” _builder_version=”4.16″ background_size=”initial” background_position=”top_left” background_repeat=”repeat” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid” disabled=”on” global_colors_info=”{}”]Robert Bruce was appointed Vice-President of Iridian in 2004 after management experience in JDS Uniphase relating to the development and manufacturing of thin film optical filters. He has served a number of roles in Iridian including head of Iridian’s lens division manufacturing 3D glasses.
